Chef Christopher Arturo graduated from the International Culinary Center's (ICC) classic culinary arts program in 2009 and returned in 2019 as a senior chef-instructor for career students, specializing in classic French cuisine. Opening a total of 12 restaurants over the last 16 years as a consultant, Chef has curated experiences from private dinners to large scale galas. Through his extensive experience in the industry, Chef Chris has become highly skilled in butchery, charcuterie, food costing, portion control, catering, menu development and rebranding. He resides in Brooklyn and is currently Executive Chef of both Walter’s and Karasu.
